How? All companies need to share customers’ Personal Information to run their everyday business, including responding to customer inquiries and processing Finance Applications. Request Copy of Data

Residents of the State of California or Nevada may request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about the Personal Information (if any) we have disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year.

Request to Delete Data

You may request that your Personal Information (if any) be deleted. If your information was already sold, shared, or transferred to a Partner or Third Party (including but not limited to a Financial Institution or Costomer Relationship Manager (CRM)), additional requests may need to be sent to those Companies as well.

Do Not Sell / Opt Out

In order to submit a Web Form or Finance Application you must indicate that you "Opt In" to having your information sold, shared, or transferred. In order to "Opt Out" from having your information sold, shared, or transferred you must refrain from submitting a Web Form or Finance Application as that type of action implies that you are opting in. Personal Information is not shared unless a Web Form or Finance Application is submitted.

Joint marketing A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
  • If we have any joint marketing arrangements, our joint marketing partners may include the manufacturer affiliated lenders or other lenders.
