Dealer Development Representative

Several Florida territories are now open

  Market the Equity Auto Finance indirect lending programs to prospective franchised automobile dealerships.  Initiates, develops and maintains a strong business relationship with franchised dealers in an assigned region within the state of Florida.  Trains prospective dealers in his or her territory on the advantages of our programs in an effort to drive quality applications into our buying center that convert to funded contracts.  Handles all aspects of the dealer relationship while striving to develop a good line of communication between the dealer and our buying center.  Maintains supply levels of funding contracts and other necessary documents.  Performs functions and additional duties that may from time to time be assigned by his or her supervisor.  Establishes and maintains dealer files and insures that each dealer has the appropriate documentation. 

Working knowledge of the credit and finance industry as required as well as general business and sales knowledge.   Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Must be self motivated as well as a team player.  Effective time management skills as the vast majority of time will be spent on the road visiting dealerships. 

Draw against lucatrive commission plan along with health benefits.  Frequent Monthly incentive programs.
